The Self-Represented Litigant Phenomenon: What It Means for Dispute Resolution Professionals and How we Might Respond

This session will examine the Self-Represented Litigant (“SRL”) Phenomenon and will look at what SRLs say about their needs and experiences.  Discussions will focus on what the SRL phenomenon means for dispute resolution professionals and how the dispute resolution community should organize in order to respond.
